We are excited to announce a new format for Peer Support Group.

The new Peer Support Group meetings will be held four times per year in June, September, December, and March in Denver, Colorado Springs/Pueblo, and Grand Junction. These quarterly regional meetings will include rotating topics such as: an educational component, administrative review, employment workshop, and journal article reviews.

These meetings will be required for all clients on rehabilitation contracts and Peer Support Group coupons may not be used for the quarterly meetings. Unless other wise specified by your case manager, all clients are required to attend one Peer Support Group per quarter.

Clients are responsible for checking the PAS website for updates and changes to the Peer Support Groups. Childcare is not provided at the meetings.

New Client Orientation Information
Peer Assistance Services will be holding new Client Orientations every month at the Denver and Grand Junction offices. These orientations will offer clients an opportunity to meet other clients and an opportunity to ask questions about their contract requirements. The meetings will be facilitated by representatives of the case manager team. Additionally, current clients are welcome to attend the new Client Orientations; however, the meetings are not required for current clients, unless otherwise specified by an individual’s case manager.

The Client Orientations will be held from 12:00-1:00pm at the Denver office and from 10:30am-11:30am at the Grand Junction office on the following dates in 2010:
